This is the famous Nirvana album and the baby is grown up.
The Goo Goo Dolls album called A Boy Named Goo used lead singer John Rzeznik son as its cover. Some thought the kids face was smeared with blood and it had a dark element to it. The truth is, however, that this picture was taken while father and son were out in the yard picking grapes. 
Remember this album cover by Blind Melon? The girl is now 23 and looks like this.
I remember the Nirvana cover. I remember the name of the GDolls album, but never saw the cover.
