When I saw this picture I decided to take a few pounds off. Thanks to Jen McCutcheon who snapped this picture this summer. Me and Rod are at McMaster Lake checking out the view. Uh, yeah, I'm the one on the left. In honor of Jen, who took a picture of that ass, I affectionately call this the McCutcheon Diet.
My plan is 1) portion control, 2) daily exercise, 3) less flour and sugar and 4) more water intake throughout the day. I will have one day a week where we relax these criteria (Saturday) to a certain extent. These criteria are a amalgam of diet ideas.
You can monitor the results here when I post them periodically. A few years ago I was running daily and even participated in a couple of 5k runs. Old age isn't a battle - it's a massacre, and I'm gonna fight back.

Well, we're even then! You've posted more unflattering pics of me from the summer that I'm headed to the gym and ready to live on celery for the next 6 months! LMAO
