
My plan is 1) portion control, 2) daily exercise, 3) less flour and sugar and 4) more water intake throughout the day. I will have one day a week where we relax these criteria (Saturday) to a certain extent. These criteria are a amalgam of diet ideas.
You can monitor the results here when I post them periodically. A few years ago I was running daily and even participated in a couple of 5k runs. Old age isn't a battle - it's a massacre, and I'm gonna fight back.
