We went to see Brendan last weekend where he works at the Old Key West Bar and Grill in St. Pete. Parked in the back was this exceptional Mustang Shelby. I'm not a Mustang fan so I don't know much about this car but I do know that Shelby American put out this variant Mustang for a couple years between 6-68. I know that because I just looked it up on my Google machine. If you are interested you can, too.
I liked the dual scoops on the side, although I can't imagine them having any real function.
But for today we are just going to take a look at this wonderful creation while we sip our morning coffee and contemplate the week ahead.
No rips or tears. This looked like a pristine original or older restoration.

I looked up the values of these Shelby's on NADA and discovered that the average cost of these cars is around the $84,000 range. I wish I had a couple. What's more - this is no trailer queen. The owner drove it on a Sunday to a bar. How spectacular is that. Not only that, but the windows were down and parked in the back. A true driver.
In about six weeks I will be attending my first car show up in Northlandia. Another nice thing to ponder on this Monday.
