A few weeks ago I posted some pictures of a rough seas down at Pass-A-Grille during a blow. I took this brief video while I was down there.
There is a certain churning of the water crashing onto the shore that creates this foamy substance. There is probably a word for it but I'm not sure what that word is. For our purposes let's just say "fluffy foam or "stuff".
